My happiness began late last night when one of our TCs from Windham High texted me to tell me that the Windham school budget had finally passed by 130 votes on the fifth try. I slept well, and had gone to bed earlier than I usually do, so I actually got a good night’s sleep for once. My kids behaved well this morning—which is not always the case.
